I'm Morgan Whitney and becoming your REALTOR Resource and successfully assisting you in finding, buying, selling and/or building your dream home or investment properties is my business!
I have over 35 years experience learning the real estate industry from the ground up. I was born into a real estate dynasty and am a third generation REALTOR.
My Grandmother was one of the very first female real estate professionals in the industry, entering it at a time primarily dominated by men in the 1960s. She grew up on a farm in a small Midwest town and as a child loved showing anyone and everyone all around town. My Grandmother became the top Realtor not only in her city and state, but also top in the nation! She always believed in taking GREAT care of people in any way, shape or form that she could, knowing that becoming their best resource and navigator would make whatever transaction and transition a lot easier on them.
Her belief in prioritizing people above all else has become the cornerstone of my approach, ensuring that each client receives the utmost care and support throughout their journey. I share her commitment to serving others and have likewise built my reputation and business on taking GREAT care of my clients and customers!
It's not only my grandparents, parents and uncle's real estate careers that taught me all the ins & outs of the real estate business...I've literally been showing homes, sitting open houses, working Parade of Homes, attending closings, picking up title work, creating and filling brochure boxes, assisting in the development of new home subdivisions and interacting with construction subcontractors, builders and developers my whole life!
in 2021 Morgan and MaKenzie formed the M| M Home Team we knew to exceed Out client expectations there had to be a better way, and the M I M Home Team was created. This is one team unlike any other where there is a true partnership and level of standards to give each client the best experience possible.
In 2023 my Cody husband left his career in education and made the pivotal decision to join forces with me in the realm of real estate. Blending my seasoned expertise with Cody's strategic insight and administrative acumen.
